Salam semua..........me bz giler kat office today, bukan today jer, hari-hari nowadays pun bz, curi-curi time kejap to update.
Kerana yesterday night sudah ate the fatty stuffs...............terpaksalah today I ate fruits only for lunch........allhamdulillah.......kenyang makan 1 papaya, 1 watermelon n 1 pineapple :)

time tu mmg xhengat dunia lnsg... xdenya nk balance2 diet...
kesudahannya.. beratnya naik 3 kgs.. :P

sis..watermelon high GI...glycemic index. Not a good diet fruit and increases your blood sugar level. So try to avoid fruits with high GI.
