...BHANGRAROBICZ...

What is it?

Bhangrarobicz is a workout that incorporates moves from Bhangra, a lively North Indian (Punjabi) dance.These moves are combined with aerobics steps to give a satisfying workout to a fusion of traditional Indian and Western music.

The steps, jumps and bouncy moves will tone your arm muscles, shape your thighs and could burn up to 500 calories per hour.


How does it differ from standard aerobics classes?

For one hour, you will feel like you are in a Bollywood movie, hehehe....

For beginners, the 2 U Tube shows the simple steps



The full workouts will be something like this....

so uols uols yg nak burnt that calories but dont want to take any diet medications, ha aperlagi, joint the BHANGRAROBICZ..............so syoknessssss okayyyyyy.....

Me and this girl already a BHANGRAROBICZ students, we started our 1st lesson yesterday night, its once a week, soon its going to be twice a week............lets BHANGRA BHANGRA......

I penah nampak this activity kat PPIS Gym at Joo Chiat dulu, very syok when they dance but I really malas nak join!

Mrs G: Let me remember when I tried this...yes.. first, malu then laughed at how bad I was at it then caught up with the repetitive steps - so "proud" then SEMPOT! Kehkehkeh.. Fun but I never returned - next on my list is Pilates. Dah lebih 3 weeks invite tu di abaikan.. 1001 excuses! Ur entry gave me a bit of motivation - if only I'm FLU-free (see what I told u about my 1001 excuses?)
